Teliani Valley – Mtatsminda
This semi-dry rosé is made from a blend of 80% Rkatsiteli and 20% of the inky Saperavi. The juice was separated from the grape skins after just a few hours giving an enticing, vivid rose pink colour. There are hints of strawberry jam on the nose while the palate is softly sweet with strawberry and caramel notes and undertones of fresh redcurrant. Serve well chilled with seafood, salads and soft cheeses or enjoy with spicy oriental dishes.
