Telavi – Hereti
This delicate dry table wine is produced from a blend of Georgia’s most widely planted white grape Rkatsiteli, which gives freshness and zest, along with Mtsvane which adds body and aroma. The fruit is grown in Georgia’s renowned Kakheti region and, after gentle pressing, is fermented cool in stainless steel for maximum freshness. The result is this light, crisp wine, with notes of apple and almonds. Serve it well chilled with grilled fish and salads.
